Each session spotlights the intersection of policy, culture, and community within school food systems — turning research into real-world conversations that move beyond the classroom.

Cafeteria Catalyst transforms student policy work into public dialogue. Groundbreakers present their policy proposals, community surveys, and advocacy projects while engaging educators, local leaders, and sustainability professionals in open discussion. The goal: to bridge data and dignity, highlighting how systemic change in cafeterias can ripple across entire communities.
